Peanut Butter Fudge

Makes: 40 small squares

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Refrigerate Time: 2 to 3 hours

Ingredients:

  • Supa Mama® kitchen foil
  • 1 cup (225 g) butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 and 1/2 cups (400 g) icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt, optional

Instructions:

  1. Line a 20 cm x 20cm square dish with Supa Mama® kitchen foil and set aside.
  2. Place the butter and peanut butter in a medium heatproof bowl. Microwave until completely melted and smooth, stirring at 1-minute intervals. Add vanilla and salt if using.
  3. Add powdered sugar and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. The mixture will become thick. Press into the foil lined dish and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until completely set.
  4. Cut into 40-50 squares, or the size you desire.
  5. Enjoy!

Storage Tips:
