Looking for something different from the biltong, crisps & crackers snack combo? These sushi balls are bound to be a hit! 🍣🍣

Sushi Balls

You will need (serves 4):

Supa Mama® cling wrap

Sushi rice

Salmon or tuna, thinly sliced

Cucumber, thinly sliced

Radishes, thinly sliced,

Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all your ‘sushi topping’ goodies and rice.
  2. Lay out a piece of cling wrap.
  3. Place your selected sushi topping in whatever design you desire, cover with rice and roll it into a ball using the cling wrap, it should all stick together nicely.
  4. Reuse your cling wrap piece for the next sushi ball.

SUPA TIP:

Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi! This is a great way to get the kids to try out a new food!
