Braai Baguettes – Perfect for Heritage Day!

I always love a “braai broodjie” as a side at a braai. This Heritage Day, why not upgrade this traditional accompaniment with these mouth-watering braai baguettes?

To Make:

Simply slice and fill a quality baguette with any of the following combinations (or create your own SUPA combinations):

  • Sweet baguette: Apple, walnuts and brie
  • Spicy baguette: Mozzarella, jalapenos, olives and salsa
  1. Brush your filled baguette with melted butter and wrap in my beautifully embossed foil to seal in all the flavours.
  2. Braai until the cheese is melted and the baguette is crispy.
  3. Slice and serve directly from my foil – not only does it make for beautiful, mess-free presentation, it will also keep your baguette warm!
