REHEATING DONE RIGHT!

When reheating food in the oven, such as casseroles, bakes and meat dishes, you run the risk of drying your food out and spoiling the entire meal.

To get the most out of your leftovers, cover it with my foil and keep the oven temperature low (no more than 180°) gradually heating through. My foil will trap the moisture and/or juices, ensuring last night’s supper is as flavoursome as the first time round! #MakesLifeBetter
