Made possible by my 100% microwave safe bags, chopped veggies!

 

You will need:

Supa Mama® click fresh freezer bag

Chopped veggies of your choice

  • I suggest cauliflower, broccoli, butternut, baby potatoes, carrots, zucchini A dollop of butter Spices
  • I like Italian herbs, nutmeg & paprika Salt & pepper to taste

 

To make:

  1. Place all your ingredients in a Supa Mama® bag of your choice, which are all 100% microwave save.
  2. Seal the bag almost all the way leaving a little spot open for air to escape.
  3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  4. Enjoy your healthy steamed veggies with virtually no clean up or store it to eat later.

 

Storage: You can store your veg in the fridge or freezer in the same bag you cooked it in. Supa Convenient!
