Microwave Chocolate Cake

 ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• ½ cup white castor sugar
• 1 large egg
• 3 tablespoons softened butter
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Supa Mama Baking Paper

• Step 1: Line Supa Mama baking paper in medium microwave-safe bowl (set aside).
• Step 2: Combine sugar, milk, egg, butter and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Blend flour mixture into milk mixture until smooth. Pour into the prepared microwave-safe bowl.
• Step 3: Cook in microwave on high for 3 to 3 ½ minutes until cake springs back when touched.
• Step 4: Allow cake to cool for 5minutes, then cover the bowl/dish with plate and invert chocolate cake onto the plate.
• Step 5: Repeat steps again to make a layered microwave chocolate cake with chocolate butter icing in between and decorate cake with toppings of your choice to enjoy.
